Eligibility for Returns

    • In its original packaging

    • With all accessories, tags, and inserts included

Return Request Requirements

To initiate a return, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, including:

  • Invoice or purchase receipt

  • Clear images or video of the product (if requested by our team)

Return Process

  • Once the return request is approved, the customer must ship the product to our official return address.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the return accordingly.

  • Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A 10% deduction will be applied to the total order amount as handling and service charges.

  • Returns sent without prior approval or proper proof will not be entertained.
