Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Undamaged

    • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

Reasons for Exchange

Customers must clearly mention a valid reason for exchange, such as:

  • Size issue

  • Color change

  • Any other valid reason approved by our team

Required Proof

To process an exchange request, proper order authentication is required, including:

  • Order number

  • Invoice or purchase receipt

Exchange Process

  • Once the exchange request is approved, the customer must ship the product to our official exchange address.

  • After receiving the product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • Exchange will be processed only if the product passes our inspection standards.

Important Notes

  • All delivery and re-shipping charges related to exchange will be borne by the customer.

  • Products sent without prior approval or without a valid exchange reason will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
