Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
The product must be:
Unused and undamaged
In its original packaging
With all accessories, tags, and inserts included
Return Request Requirements
To initiate a return, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, including:
Order number
Invoice or purchase receipt
Clear images or video of the product (if requested by our team)
Return Process
Once the return request is approved, the customer must ship the product to our official return address.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the return accordingly.
Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
Important Notes
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 10% deduction will be applied to the total order amount as handling and service charges.
Returns sent without prior approval or proper proof will not be entertained.
